e-InfraNet aims to improve policy collaboration and to build further on the outputs of existing groups making sure that innovative policy ideas are integrated properly into national and EC policy in the field of e-Infrastructures.
Becoming a member of the ERA-NET
The project is targeted at national programme managers/funders and policy makers and aims to be as inclusive and as representative a body as possible. The consortia currently consists of nine partner countries but is actively advancing efforts to secure additional membership.A portion of the total project budget has been retained for this purpose.
Cooperating with e-InfraNet
Memoranda of Understanding (MoU’s) have been signed with other networks ( listed below) engaging in the same areas where e-InfraNet is concentrating its efforts .These Memoranda define the nature and goals of the collaboration and outline the specific activities to be carried out.
